The Place To Be Successful

The Center for Technology and Industry believes that knowledge must be presented in an environment that facilitates and empowers learners – and we have brought that belief to reality. After learning more about the incredible facilities where members of your organization will receive training, you will understand the immense pride we take in our three beautiful campuses. Together, they offer 435,000 sq. ft. of potential!

  • The Julian B. Gouse campus spans 57,000 sq. ft. of classroom and laboratory space.
  • The Access Road campus has four buildings that total 114,000 sq. ft., including a custom-designed 53,000 sq. ft. facility dedicated to training automotive technicians. A 156-ft. wind turbine and 135 solar panels help power this campus, which is heated and cooled by a geothermal system.
  • Our main campus in East Greenwich, RI is the centerpiece of our three facilities. Sitting on more than 200 acres, this magnificent “mega-classroom” spans 265,000 sq. ft. – more than six football fields!

Tech Way – a three-story, light-filled atrium – welcomes students and defines the comfortable, modern, open environment that is the building’s trademark.

There is a 27,000 sq. ft. library, a media presentation theatre, a high-def television studio, 30,000 sq. ft. of medical related simulation labs and another 30,000 sq. ft. of computer labs.

We look forward to giving you a tour of our facilities.
