Autodesk 3ds Max Design Fundamentals

Course Length: 24 hours

Summary:  Autodesk 3ds Max Design is Autodesk's premier design visualization platform. This program teaches the user how to produce renderings and animations. Participants will learn how to create and edit 3D models and scenes, understand and apply lighting and materials for realism, and perform an advanced walkthrough animation.

Course Abstract:

  • Introduction to Autodesk 3ds Max Design interface, workflow and project configuration
  • 3D modeling from 2D objects
  • Lighting (and lighting with Max Mental Ray)
  • Animation for visualization
  • Rendering

Audience: Design professionals who wish to learn how to produce renderings and animations using Autodesk 3ds Max.
